nokLINK Audit™ is a comprehensive workstation management system that enables companies to meet legal audit obligations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA, ensure workstation security, and enhance employee productivity. nokLINK Audit™ is a highly scaleable solution that provides oversight on a single computer to a network of thousands.
nokLINK Audit™ provides administrators with vital data taken at the pulse of a company's business - the workstations. It is with this data that administrators can apply comprehensive management tools and analysis solutions for addressing the full range of challenges facing enterprises today. nokLINK Audit™ silently and effectively gathers information in support of:
The core capability within nokLINK Audit™ is responsible for trapping all system activity, without the possibility of being disabled or having any of the collected data tampered with - thus assuring end-to-end monitoring system integrity and unimpeachable data.
This data is securely transmitted back to a central repository where it is transformed into actionable knowledge by comprehensive analysis and reporting tools within nokLINK Central ™.
Valuable oversight information is available at your fingertips. With the click of a mouse:
Alerts can be triggered on a wide variety of conditions, ensuring that relevant information is effectively communicated in a timely manner.

With Spin Networks software solutions, your workstation monitor functions in a parallel process to Windows - during each operating cycle it scans and logs all system activity in real time. The process is safe and reliable because it cannot be intercepted by any other system or user's application. Data is sorted and saved on an ongoing basis, assuring no loss during power failure events.

Spin Networks workstation monitor encompasses a small footprint and is low-level executable written in assembler, which operates at the machine level. It resides in main memory and runs like any other system function, but hides itself as a ghost process - invisible to all of Windows routines for identifying executables, e.g. msinfo32 or msconfig utilities. This structure yields a monitoring process that is completely secure, as data cannot be altered or deleted during the monitoring, collection and storage cycles. This guarantees the number one security priority - unimpeachable data integrity.
Spin Networks' solutions also employ sophisticated anti-reverse engineering technology that assures that activated programs resident on workstations and servers throughout the network can never be disabled or hacked into.

Spin networks technology employs a proprietary, non-public encryption scheme (public encryption is available as an additional encryption layer for custom installations) on all data and communications generated from logging activity, so that data generated from any one installation of a program can not be read by other program installations. All recorded local workstation data is kept in hidden files, using a proprietary memory-management scheme. The data is kept in separate compressed formats, using two different proprietary compression schemes, one for ASCII data and one for graphics data. During exportation from the local workstation to the Supervisor workstation for storage, the data is encrypted again, using a proprietary communications encryption algorithm.
